• Once self-exclusion is activated, your account will remain closed for the specified period.
• If an account is terminated for a terms violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited.
• A minimum maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
• If a balance remains after account closure, dk 33 will make reasonable efforts to return it.
